Ideas request

Example 1: Two teachers wanting to create a Staff Notebook for appraisal. We set up a skype meeting. On of the attendees shares their screen and I talk them trough the set up step by step. (This took 30 minutes).
Example 2: One Teachers has an issue with permissions. We joined together on Skype she showed me the issue. I took her through solving it and made a video for future reference.
(This took 50 minutes)
Example 3: Office staff wanted an introduction to forms. Three staff members joined the session and we created forms based on their needs. (This took One hour)
